Please note that there are country-level sample templates for CBI programming, organized according to the chapters of this manual, on the CBI Global SharePoint. Missions are free to adjust these documents in accordance with the context. However, it is important that agreements and contracts are endorsed by LEG to ensure that they are in line with IOM standards. Please get in touch with the CBI Unit (cbisupport@iom.int) and LEG (legcontracts@iom.int) for examples and templates of contracts to use for CBI programming.

Templates have been established for Service Agreements with Financial Service Providers, Implementing Partners for Cash Transfers and Beneficiary Assistance and Consent Forms to be used in CBI programming. The templates cover various delivery mechanisms and can be used without requiring LEG Approval, unless there is a deviation. In case deviation is needed, please coordinate with LEG (legcontracts@iom.int).
