This section establishes standard IOM terminology and definitions consistent with IOM’s work. This manual follows the CALP Network terminology, with the exception of the term “Cash and Voucher Assistance” (CVA), which is instead “Cash-Based Interventions” (CBI). See Key CBI Terminology.
