CBI programmes require a varying set of skills; the number of staff required will depend on the context, size and complexity of the CBI. Ensure there is an adequate number of staff and that both programme and resource management staff are involved from the beginning. IOM has developed post descriptions for CBI-related projects to ensure the right mix of skills is available to implement CBI programming.
